Sampling Policy
Once your samples are accepted, we will create an entry in our system, any further, even minor, modifications will result in a different item for distinguishment.
Ordering Samples
Before ordering our samples, please talk to our engineer about the details of your project, this will help them to choose the most suitable Champere parts for you including but not limited to:

Sample Quantity
We provide 10pcs samples free of charge for genuine purpose, no matter order is big or small. For clients that require large numbers of samples please contact our staff.
Shipping for Samples
We don’t cover postage for samples, all samples are with EXW terms.
Shipping
Methods
We accept Train, Air and Sea Freight,
We work with various couriers including DHL, UPS, SF Express, we also ship with China Post but it is not recommended as the shipping time sometimes can be quite long.
Train Freight support for European countries with regular order. To learn more about train route, please visit China-Europe Railway Express.
Our preferred Sea Freight Ports are Yantai, Shanghai, Ningbo, Yiwu.
Terms
Most of the time, the shipping term we suggest is EXW, FOB and CIF (for South Korea, Hongkong and Japan Only).

Electronics Warranty
All products manufactured by CHAMPERE are fully guaranteed against defects in components for a period of one year from date of original shipment to you.
Each of CHAMPERE Electronics’ Warranties covers defects arising under normal use only and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs.
We provide on-going technical support to our valuable clients without any limits. We are reachable 24/7 if you encounter any technical issues with our components.
Extended Warranty
We offer 180 days extended warranty for our stockist, distributors and affiliates to support their business.
